My given name is William Nelson Bond III but is frequently known simply as "Trey".
My interests point towards the area of construction management and displays strong leadership/management skills. I am likeable and I work well with others, yet I can take a stand when needed to show authority on my various teams or club activities such as FFA. I am interested in taking over the family owned and operated railroad construction company and farm operations, but I have my sites on learning and gaining experience outside the business. I plan to work for others 5 to 10 years until I am well rounded enough to decide if the family business is right for me.
I am known for my outstanding work ethic and my dedication to my team. I am the player who never misses a 6:30am weight lifting session, year round and motivates others to achieve the same. I have gone from a slender, 14 year old at around 125 pounds to a solid 200 pound athlete as a junior. During my wrestling career I have been told I am one of the stronger guys that his opponents wrestle. My coaches often point me out as a 'farm strong' kid.
I am an honest kid with respect for adults and children alike. I am the kid who opens the door and tells people 'thank you sir'.
I have confidence in myself and my abilities, yet I realize that it is a continuous improvement process and I frequently seek out the best coaches and former athletes to assist me with weight programs or to learn new skills.
I had 25 pins out of 35 wins in my junior year wrestling. I have strong leadership qualities and I am upbeat and supportive of my team, yet I have times where I am my greatest critic.
I am a coach-able kid. I am respected by my teachers, coaches and other student athletes. I have my faults, but I am good at self assessment and can be coached or mentored to over come my weaknesses. I am the 6th generation farm kid, raised with respect for others, a great sense of humor and relate well to people. I am a pleasant, well rounded young man.
