My name is Tanner Morrison and I am a 2024 high school graduate. I’ve always looked forward to playing soccer in college, and continuing my soccer and academic talents. I am an A-honor roll student and always apply myself to not only soccer but other school activities. Let me focus on soccer, I played travel soccer for 3 years with VSA out of Waukee, Iowa. I’ve continued playing for my high school and have started every game of my high school career except for when I am out with injury. I started freshmen year as a center back, my sophomore year I was an attacking mid, and now starting my junior year I will be playing right mid. I hope that can show my versatility and that I can play what’s best for the team and that I understand all about soccer. I’ve been all academic team all high school years and plan on being all academic these next two years. I was all conference this past year and want to become a unanimous all conference first team player. Back to me and my school life. I love spending time with friends and family, and that’s because people make me happy. That’s also why I love volunteering, I enjoy giving my time and effort to make other people happy and for people in need. Outside of starting in soccer and also being a starting point guard I am involved in; National Honor Society, FFA Officer, Student Council Officer, Silver Chord, SIAC Committee, Chess Club, Spanish Club. As you can see by those out of school activities, I love applying myself to things that better and matter to me and my loved ones.
