I believe that I am a student first and then an athlete. At this time, I maintain a 4.12 GPA. I am a 4 sport athlete and my love is with football. I guess it's because, I've heard I'm pretty good at it. I live in a small, rural town (Tabor) Iowa and the population is about 1,200. I live with my parents (dads a firefighter and mom a teacher), have 2 brothers and a younger sister. We play 8-man football, where I am fortunate to be able to play both offense and defense. I have always loved football since I was a little boy. Both of my parents we college athletes. My dad was an All American NAIA football player and my mom was a college volleyball player. Both of their teams in college have been inducted in the Hall of Fame, so I guess I would have to say that me and my siblings get their athletic ability.
Not only on the football field am I driven and focused, but in the classroom as well. I do what it takes to get the job done, be a good teammate, take on a leadership role at a young age, and above all be HUMBLE! My parents have always taught me no matter how big things seem to get, always stay humble. I am fortunate enough to be a pretty good darn football player, and want nothing more than to play at the next level.
