I want to play football at the College level. I’m very well rounded and can adapt to any position I need to. I have a 4.0 gpa and work hard. I started both sides my freshman year. I leave 100% out on the field each and every play. Last year due to covid, we didn't get to participate in many football games and when we did play we had trouble finding someone to come out and videograph the games. My highlights from the 2020 season are sparse. On the off season I worked hard on building up my speed running varsity track. On a personal level, I was a state qualifier for the 100m event and as a team member for the 4x100 relay team. Running track has enabled me to shave 1/10 of time of my 40m dash. Each day I am putting in work at the weight room, on the field, on the track and in the classroom.
It's been my dream since I started football at 4 years old to play college football. My father was a college football player and he has prepared me for what it takes to tackle all the components needed to play at the collegiate level. My father passed away in October 2020 and I feel this event in my life has given me much more focus and appreciation for the game. This tragic event in my life has required me to grow up quickly and become more mature than most juniors in high school. I think I am mentally up for all the challenges thrown my way and I know I am up for any physical challenges thrown at me.
