Moving states as a upcoming sophomore was very difficult for me. I had to show everyone around me who I was and how I was going to make an impact in a very short amount of time. It was a mental hurdle that I was able to overcome. After the first game of the season I was immediately made a starter on the team. I later went on that season to be selected All-District.
As a three sport athlete, playing football, track and field, and a fourth place finisher in the state in wrestling, I know the commitment and mental toughness it takes to make it at the next level. At the college that I play for, I want to bring my work ethic, leadership, and positive energy into that locker room. I love encountering challenges that present themselves in front of me and taking them on. I know I have the skills ,mentally and physically, to excel at the next level, whatever college I play for. I will bring everything to the table and not leave any regret.
