Mark Coppola '19 Recruiting Profile

As a freshman it was my ambition to play on the varsity team, however I did not know what to expect. With the guidance of my coaches and seasoned players, I absorbed every lesson they taught me to better myself as a player and a teammate. I was eager to be coached and mentored which led to lots of playing time during the season. My in-game experience, as well as the extra drills after practices helped my skills grow tremendously. They always expressed to me that hard work and dedication pays off. I can honestly say that this is true in every aspect of my life. My school is ranked at the top of the state in academics and athletics, which challenges me to become an even greater student-athlete. The skills I m developing through my school and mentors are preparing me to excel in every endeavor at the next level.

I am looking for a college that fits me both academically and athletically. I value education as much as the lessons and experiences I will obtain from being a collegiate athlete. The morals of hard work, leadership, and character were introduced to me at a young age which continues to be large factors in my life. I can bring guidance and reliability to your program, also my resiliency when things get rough set me apart from the rest. My abilities and intangibles make me an excellent fit to advance your program forward!
