My dream is to play college football, I love the game and I want to utilize my talent to get a college education. I am a 2022 two-sport athlete at Iota High School in Iota, LA. I pitch and play first but my love is football. My Freshman season I was the only two-way lineman on our team starting games at both NT and Right Offensive tackle in varsity games. The summer between my Freshman and Sophomore seasons I tore my right labrum. I made the decision to play through and postpone surgery until after the season. As a sophomore I started at center all 12 games and was selected honorable mention All-District 5-3A. That offseason my shoulder was successfully repaired. This season as a Junior and 100% healthy, I again earned the starting center position and was voted team captain. I lead by example, I work hard on the field and in the film room. I pride myself on aggressive run blocking, pulling and blocking at the second level. Our team is a pass heavy pass attack and I have not given up pressure or a sack so far this season.
I missed all the offseason camps the last two years due to recovering from labrum surgery. Now that I am 100%, I plan to show that I am the best center in Louisiana in the class of 2022. I take my ACT December 2020 and will update my profile with the results.
Thank you,
