Brandon Soderstrom '11 Recruiting Profile

My name is Brandon Soderstrom and I attend Century High School. I am 5' 11", 165 pounds. I ran a 4.53 second 40 yard dash at the Under Armour Combine in Baltimore Maryland. My vertical is 33.5 inches and my broad jump was 9'3". I accomplished many things in my junior season that i was very proud of. Most importantly, my team won the conference which I am very proud of because I am a team player. I was honored 2nd team All Conference and 2nd team All County. Throughout the season I was a leader who helped my team get through the adversity that we faced at the beginning of the season when we started the season with three losses. I led by example with my hard work and dedication as I was always in the weight room, and staying after practice to run routes with my quarterback. I have always been a hard worker and that reflects on the football field and most importantly in the classroom. I take pride in school because a good education is going to get me where I want to be in life. I want to go to a school with a strong academic program, along with a strong football program. I would play at any size school but a big school would be my dream. I believe I can play D1AA based on my ability and character. When in college I plan to study finance or economics. I am currently in a program called the Finance Academy through which I have taken many business classes and completed an internship. It is my goal to play football in college and to be able to make an impact on the team to help win games.
