Kyle Kurceba '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Kyle Kurceba I am fifteen years old, six feet tall and 155 pounds. Our family doctor predicted I will 6'5", so hopefully I will reach 6'4" by my senior year. I have been playing football for ten years. I have wanted to play college football since I was about four or five years old. I can't remember a time when I did not love the game of football, even as a toddler I would ask my Dad to watch college football. It has always been my dream to play college ball, my Dad said when I was little I told him I was going to play football for Joe Paterno. I am a team captain, I believe in Playing hard, I am always the first one out on the field and the last one off the field. In the summer the coaches open the gym and field for weight training and speed training, I never miss a day. I love Penn State, Penn State football and would love to play for Joe Paterno. Putting that aside what I would really love is to be able to play college football for a school that takes both academics and the game seriously. I would love to play for a school where I can excel academically and play with a team that is dedicated to football. Without financial assistance that would put many schools are out of my reach, as with many families in this economy. Financial assistance would help increase the odds of being able to pursue my degree and the scope of schools which I could attend. I would like to major in Sports management or Sports journalism. Anyyhing close to the thing I love most. My fathere always saikd if you do something you love, you will be better at it. I want to play football,I would like to play as a freshman. I just want to get on the field, make an impact and give 150% everytime on and off the field
