Morgan Alexander Fridley '12 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6'1", 265 pound, D-Tackle and fullback running a 4.7 forty from Hagerstown, MD. I bench 225 -25 times and have played football for Williamsport High School varsity team for 3 years. I was named to the All-Conference Defensive team and received Honorable Mention to the All State team for Maryland my Junior and Senior years. I earned 2nd team all-region 1A my sophomore year. I achieved a 3.0 GPA and have 4 honors courses completed. During my high school years, I worked hard at recruiting other students to play football for our school and was an encouragement to those who come in to school to lift. I have worked hard to educate myself on proper lifting techniques and nutrition. I am looking for an institution where I can find the right balance between the classroom and field. I would like to pursue a university with an outstanding academic reputation in the field of Nursing. I would like to be a Nurse Anesthetist, after I finish my LPN degree. Ideally, my athletic environment would be one where I could make an immediate impact on the team. I want to work hard and become the best athlete and person I can be. This past fall of 2012 was my first semester at college where I attended Shepherd University. I learned a lot of new techniques on the defensive line I was not familiar with until this year. It was a great experience but not the the right fit for me.
