I love football, I love every little part of the game, even waking up early to go to practice and having to run to class after it. Ever since I started playing, I've dreamt of playing college football. At first, didn't know exactly how hard it is for a Mexican to be recruited, I thought my chances were pretty great simply because I loved playing and I'd always been really good. Then a couple years back, before I had my growth spurt, I was the smallest player on the team and even though I was still a starter, I was getting the ball way fewer times; and that's when it hit me, things were not always gonna go my way and I had to work hard to get what I wanted. Nowadays, I'm one of the tallest receivers in the league and I realize how important working hard is, because talent can only take you so far and I plan on being the hardest working player and student in this next stage of my life. I hope college allows me to further study not only the field I'm interested in but allow me to discover different ways of thinking, as well as problem solving.
My passion and attitude towards things are what makes me thrive, whenever I succeed at something it's because I give it my full effort and I actually enjoy doing it. I'm an easy to be around person and usually smile at life, which makes people trust me as well as believe in me. I believe my sense of humor to be something that really stand out about me, since I take a sarcastic approach towards most situations, which makes problems seem somewhat easier to overcome when put in perspective. I believe myself to be coachable and support others, although I give my opinion whenever I don't agree with something.
