Owen Gardner '20 Recruiting Profile

     It has always been my dream to compete at the collegiate level in football.  My goal is to come in and immediately be a difference maker on and off the field.  I am a natural leader, and I work harder than anybody on the field, weight room, or classroom.  I have a 4.0 GPA, and am constantly studying.  I spend most of my time lifting weights, working on my speed, and bettering myself mentally in the classroom.  I lead by example and always do what is expected of me, and more.  I am very good at controlling my emotions, I won't blow up and cause any penalties.  I am a great listener, whether its my coach or teammates giving me instructions.  I am an all-state sprinter in division two track and field in Michigan.  I bring an explosive approach to playing the game.  Whether I'm taking a handoff or making a block, I always go 110%.  I am a great candidate for your team because I work hard day and night, I understand and am ready for the commitment of college football, and I'm a great student athlete.
