Jake Knight '15 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6'3", 230 pound Long Snapper from Flint, Michigan.  I am a junior at Powers Catholic High School.  I currently have a 4.12 career GPA and always make sure that school comes first.  I take many advanced classes, including AP Government, so I need to manage my time well to achieve high grades.  I am interested in pursuing a career in the medical field.  The 2013 season was my 9th year playing football.  While I also play golf, lacrosse and ice hockey, football is my favorite sport.  I was the captain of my football team both freshman and sophomore year. Our record freshman year was 5-4, and our JV team record was 6-3.  

I lifted weights and focused mainly on strength training this past summer and have continued that work this 2013 season.  I am seeing many improvements and differences.  My sports focus right now is to continue building strength and endurance, and increase speed and flexibility.  I have attended many Chris Rubio Long Snapping camps over the last 3 years for instruction, and have learned a lot and moved up quite a bit in his rankings.  See my Rubio Link in the Press Section on the Athletics tab.
