Personal Statement

I am a 6'3" (and still growing) quarterback in Michigan's most competitive conference--the OK Red (Division 1). On the field, I earned All-State honorable mention, Muskegon Area First Team, and OK Red Conference First Team honors while setting school records for passing yards, td passes, completions, and total points scored. In the classrooms, I hold a 4.0 GPA and earned Academic All State honors.

An injury prevented me from playing last year, so I've entered the recruiting process late. This year, though, I led our conference in all QB stats, and consistently ranked in the state's top 10 for all schools. I'd like to play for a program that relies on its quarterback to read defenses, deliver the ball accurately, and utilizes an aggressive passing attack; I can take snaps under center or in shotgun/spread. The quality of academics a school has to offer stands as a major factor for any opportunities I'm fortunate to receive. School location matters less to me than the program and academics.
