Hello! This is my 4th year participating in track and field. I have been in shotput since 7th grade and was introduced to discus my freshmen year of high school. Last year as a freshmen I broke over 14 personal records throughout the season. Coming into my sophomore year this season, I was determined to improve in both discus and shotput with 11 combined personal bests broken so far this season.
Unfortunately my season came to an early end after participating in a relay causing an avulsion fracture in my pelvis. Although my injury has ended my season, I continue to go to practice and meets to support my team as well as coach incoming throwers.
I love to have fun but also realize when it is time to buckle down and work. I continue to push myself everyday to help my team succeed. With that being said I love to improve as an individual and constantly break PRs. I am excited for the track seasons to come as well as continue to pursue my dream of being a student athlete in college.
Feel free to contact me with any questions!
Thanks!
