I'm currently in motion of my Sophmore year at Grand Haven Highschool. My Freshman year I was brought up to varsity during the postseason, mainly because of the use of having an extra person. This decision was made to also help me get prepared for the upcoming years of my Highschool water polo career. For my Sophmore year, I was supposed to be the number 2 for the goalie spot. During the pre-season, the starting Varsity goalie quit the sport. This was good news for me and allowed me to thrive in my rookie year of varsity. This early training and experience, in my opinion, will be useful in my future of this sport. I got to experience the ups and the downs, and the stress the position puts on me. I have adapted to this new playstyle and learned to deal with it.
