Randon Marcum '26 Recruiting Profile

Dear Coach,

My name is Randon Marcum from Au Gres MI, and I play 8-man football for the Au Gres sims varsity team. I have been playing football for as long as I can remember. I love the sport and would love the opportunity to be able to play in college and I am writing to express my interest in playing college football.  I have been interested in football since I was a child, and over the years, it has become a big part of my life. As I approach my senior year at Au Gres High School, it is my dream to continue competing and growing as both an athlete and a person through a college program for forensic science/criminal justice degree 

From a young age, I’ve dedicated countless hours to practice, improving my skills, and challenging myself to reach new heights. Throughout my journey, I have had the opportunity to compete at various levels, which has taught me the value of hard work, discipline, and perseverance. These experiences have shaped my mindset, allowing me to approach every game, practice, and challenge with the same level of passion and determination.

Beyond my skills on the field, I believe that my leadership and teamwork qualities will contribute to any program I join. I take pride in being a supportive and encouraging team member. I am committed to working hard to achieve shared goals both on and off the field.

I am looking forward to being abler to continue my athletic career at the college level and am excited about the opportunity to contribute to a team while growing as an athlete and as a person. I believe that being part of a collegiate team will not only allow me to further my skills but also provide me with invaluable experiences that will shape my future.
