My name is Tristan Rolin, and I am 17 years old. I am 6' 8", and my average weight is 280-285lbs. I am a current member of the Kalkaska High School Varsity football team, and will be on the Kalkaska Varsity basketball team when our season starts. I am incredibly dedicated to my teams, almost always being one of the first ones there and one of the last to leave. During the off seasons, I stay busy in the weight rooms and am always pushing myself to perfect my techniques. I practice and play hard, always striving to make not only myself better, but my team better as a whole. Most of my athletic career has been revolved around using my height and sheer size to the best of my ability, and to make it an asset to anyone I can. Beyond my physical abilities, I am respectful and courteous of my coaches and teammates. I stay out of trouble, and am constantly working towards making a future for myself where I can work hard and enjoy my life. I always try to be the positive change I'd like to see happen to our world.
Where the school is located isn't important, but playing football and/or basketball is. I have always dreamed of competing in college level athletics. It was actually one of my earliest goals as a young child.
I would love to attend many different colleges or universities, but will need scholarships due to growing up in a low income, small town in northern Michigan. I expect to work hard for every dollar invested into me, and will be incredibly grateful for any opportunity I am given.
