?        My name is Daniel Gelles i have played organized football since third grade but i have been watching the sport and playing with my older brothers from the time i could walk. I am a junior running back and corner back on the Kingsley High school varsity football team. Over the years i have been someone who has focused more on football then my other sports i am involved in being basketball and track. I did this because i have a love for football more than any other sport i have been apart of. I am always excited to get better and become a bigger threat on the field. I have a goal to play football at the collegiate level after high school. I put time and effort into the weight room and speed training everyday to try to achieve this goal. I have a love for the sport and do not want it to end after high school. My big goal is to start and be a key player on a college team. I also hope to go to school on a scholarship through sports and academics. Football for me has always been a way to be a part of a family and i have always tried my hardest to make   sure i didn't let my family down. I push myself everyday to make sure i don't let my self down by not reaching my  potential. In the end i know my hard work will payoff. I was a starting running back on varsity as a sophomore and earned all-conference honors. I had 1,008 yards and 12 touchdowns on the season. I only expect these stats to grow through my last two years of high school football. I have two more high school seasons to grow and mature and I am going to use all of it.        Daniel Gelles #7
