My name is Dain Schroeder and I play for the Hancock Owls in Hancock, Minnesota. In 9-man football, I have the honor to play both sides of the ball and my 2 positions for my junior year as right guard and running back. I know whichever team I will play on I will do good for because I was told to never get down on my teammates and for them to strive for greatness on the next play. My academics make me who I am, because without my teachers and mentors, I would be no where so all the credit goes to them for making me the person I am today. I also have the honor to play 2 other sports as well, wrestling and baseball. Wrestling teaches me a lot on and off the mat like to always have respect for your opponent and to work hard and have fun. I was chosen all conference my sophomore year. I also enjoy baseball because it teaches me hand-eye coordination and that is really good for my linebacker stance for tackling. I am interested in Environmental Sciences majors at this point.
