From the first time I picked up a football, I knew I loved the sport. I've constantly dreamed about playing football on Saturday afternoons, and I've worked tirelessly to achieve that goal. In terms of what I bring to the table, it’s pretty simple: I will be the hardest worker on the field. I will will never back down from a challenge. And I will bring the juice 100% of the time. - I cross-train six days per week, 2 hours per day, alternating a mix of weight-training, cardio, and boxing training. (Heavy bag, speed bag, jump rope, running) My weight training regimen consists of bench press, squat, box squat, free-weights, dead-lifts, cleans, etc. Plus push-ups, sit ups, crunches.
