My name is Bruce Green, and I proudly wear number 56 as an offensive guard for Hazelwood West High School. Football has been a part of my life since I was six years old, beginning with the Herbert Hoover Eagles in little league, which later became EOL. From those early days to now, football has taught me the values of hard work, resilience, and teamwork.
As an offensive guard, I take pride in being the foundation of the offense. My role requires strength, precision, and a relentless work ethic to protect my teammates and create opportunities for success on every play. Off the field, I maintain a 3.8 GPA, demonstrating the same dedication and discipline in the classroom as I do on the field.
Beyond football, I am a multi-sport athlete. I am a recommendation black belt in martial arts, a swimmer, and a shot put thrower. These experiences have built my mental toughness, focus, and versatility, making me a stronger athlete and competitor.
Being number 56 symbolizes my commitment to excellence, both on and off the field. My goal is to continue growing as an athlete and leader, carrying the lessons I’ve learned at Hazelwood West into every aspect of my life.
