william thomas '14 Recruiting Profile

My name is William Thomas, but I go by Will.  I am currently enrolled to Penn valley get my grades up and hope to attend your university.I lasted played for Kentucky christian university in 2014 as a freshman, but to due owning money I had to leave and just now re entering community college .I am 300 pounds and my height is 5'10. In high school  I played MLB (at 240 pounds) and I can play on the defensive line, mainly DE. I have the talent to play at this college level and is willing to prove so with anybody thats willing to give me one last shot. I'm a fiery competitor that hates to lose. I am self disciplined and know how to take constructive criticism from a coach. This time away from ball has taught me this playing at the college level is a very rare privilege and not a given right.During my first season with the DTCPA(now closed) , I have 2 records; most sacks in a game (5) and most sacks for a first year starter. I also won most improved player during my first season.My senior year I made 1st team all conference with 68 tackles 3 sacks, 5 forced fumbles, and 18 tackles for loss and i ran the ball 5 time this season for 36 yards at African Centered College prep academy .I have the talent to play on the defensive line and play linebacker given the chance to play in that spot again.Some of my best features is im willing to take fault because of my actions and try to improve on those mistakes. Another one is that i can be a true leader when needed and can be a voice for my team. When I sign on as a player, you will have somebody that will do their job day in and out and get it done.
