Daryn Langford '22 Recruiting Profile

It has been hard for me to come up with a personal statement. Here goes. 

I started playing tackle football at the age of 6. Quickly, I developed a strong passion for the game and over the past 11 years football has become part of me. It's in my core, engraved in my brain, and part of my soul. Each game provided a new and different experience to learn and grow from.  I 've switched positions multiple times over the years  depending on where the team needs me. I've developed a strong core brotherhood with my team mates and coaches. I work hard, play harder, and continually  strive to be better.  As captain this year,  I've had the opportunity to really mentor and guide the players coming into the program. It means a lot that I was chosen as captain and I take the responsibility to heart. I hope the upcoming players will feed off my drive and developed this deep seeded passion I have for the game of football.
