William White '16 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Matt and I started playing football when I was in 5th grade. I have been the quarterback ever since and love every minute of it. My dad was probably the most influential in my football career and helps me improve my game everyday. In high school I started as a sophomore by winning the spot with an upperclassmen quarterback trying for the same spot. We finished that season with a winning record and was runner-up in our conference championship. I achieved  honorable mention all-conference and honorable mention all-district as a sophomore quarterback. My junior year, we finished with only 3 loses and won the conference championship. I achieved 2nd team all-conference and 2nd team all-district as a junior. I have maintained around a 3.5 GPA and was honored to get the citizen of the year award for my high school and always strive for good grades and being the best person on and off the field. I love competing and I think that is what is most noticeable about me.
