Football is much more than a game to me. I've played this great sport since I was 6 years old and it has had a profound impact in my development as an athlete, as a student and as a young man.
Football has taught me so many things, all of which I use every day of my life. The power of being more prepared than your competition... The value of working with and trusting your teammates... How to live your life without excuses... How respect is earned, not given... How discipline on and off the field dictates success... How talk is cheap and "nothing" can substitute hard work and dedication... How it feels much better to win than to lose.
I bring a lot of tangible skills to the game... Strength, speed, size, and knowledge. However, the intangibles I possess are the qualities that make me unique... Passion, desire, leadership, and a unrelenting desire to be better tomorrow than I am today.
