Kile Bentley 2019...Personal Statement
I am very determined to be a college athlete. Football and Wrestling have been a part of my life since I was in pre-school. I have always enjoyed football and wrestling and have always wanted one to remain a part of my life past High School.
I am a very strong individual physically and mentally. I am a very strong leader. I take charge when need be and try my best to help class mates strive to be their best. I hold myself to high standard and lead by example. I am not afraid to work hard and will do what needs to be done to make myself better. I am very personable and get along with everyone. I am very coachable and very excited for a future as a college athlete.
In school, I work hard and keep my GPA at a high level. I volunteer to help with coaching for youth wrestling and I help with our youth wrestling meets. I also volunteer to help with our youth football team. I was a member of our class government and currently participate in FFA and trap shooting.
My goal is to attend a college where I can excel in academics and athletics.

- I work with a former college wrestler who wrestled for York college to enhance my wrestling skills, and to improve in agility, conditioning, mental toughness for football.

- I have been lifting weights since I was in 7th grade. I continue to lift 5 days a week during the school year. During the school year I am also a part of a morning lifting program. In the summer, I continue to do a weight lifting program 5 days a week.

- I do private lessons 2 times a week with Christian Banuelos. Christen was a former Doan College wrestler and I feel he can help me become a better wrestler and help me prepare to go from high school wrestling to college wrestling.
