I like to work and I like to work hard. I developed a strong Midwestern work ethic growing up on a sixth-generation family farm and it’s something that drives me in all aspects of my life. It is also something that I believe will help me reach my goal of playing college football, something I’ve dreamed about from a young age. I am open to all levels of competition and I am willing and able to put in the work necessary to get me there.
I am committed to excellence in academics as well as athletics and I strive to be a leader in the classroom, in the community and on the field. I am cooperative and a team player, and am generous with praise, quick to smile and always on the lookout for the positive in challenging situations. I am an enthusiastic member of the groups, teams and organizations I am a part of and I’m always looking for ways to improve. I work hard to fulfill my responsibilities and not let others down. I thrive in environments that encourage my leadership and allow me to use my natural stamina, intensity and drive for competition to the best of my ability.
I want to go to a college or university that pushes me to be the best I can be both on and off the field.
