Mitchell Marvin '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Mitchell Marvin I am a 6'1" 170 pound Junior at Crete High School in Crete, Nebraska. I have been a starter for the varsity basketball team since my freshmen year. I was 2nd team all-conference my sophomore year and lead the team to a district championship and a state tournament appearance. Off the court I am a straight A student and am involved in anything from FBLA to the Musical. The one thing about me that I believe helps our team be successful is my leadership. I put a lot of pride into the way I lead on and off the court. As for type of school I am interested in, ideally I would like to go to school in an average sized town. More than anything I care about academics, I want to find a school that will help me be successful after my basketball career ends. However I do look forward to finding a school that in addition to great academics has a great basketball team that I am able to help be successful.
