As a young student athlete my college goals are to get an education and to participate in football and track. I believe these goals will help me to further develop my already strong work ethic and moral character. My parents are raising me to be a respectful, hardworking, and a selfless young man. Because of these values that my parents have taught me, I believe I would be a strong candidate for any college program because I work hard, am a team player, have integrity, and am respectful to others. I am different from other recruits because my father has instilled a never quit attitude and taught me that my body will continue to push through when my mind is telling me to stop. Because of this, I have developed a strong mindset and can push harder than others when others are ready to quit. This mindset also helps me to apply myself to studying hard, as I know the importance of my education.
