Hi my name is David Smith. I am currently a Senior football player at St Paul's School in Concord, NH. I play both kicker and wide receiver at my school, which is a highly academic prep school. I also play on the Varsity basketball team where I am a starting point guard. I have a GPA of approximately 3.7 and scored a 33 on my ACT. My goal is to be a kicker at an American college and I have reached the point in my life where I am ready to pursue this goal, no matter what it takes.
I am originally from Canada where I played Varsity football for 2 years and was a captain my final year. I also played 2 years of Varsity basketball where I was the starting Point Guard and MVP for both years. Along with basketball, I played Varsity rugby for 2 years and was MVP one year. I played highly competitive soccer from a very young age right through to my Sophomore year.
This year, I was 100% on PATs kicked and although I did not have much opportunity to kick field goals, I was rather succesful. I have a live leg and am committed to training and getting better each day. This spring I will be training with Chris Sailer Kicking as I hope to improve my abilities. My video shows consistency on FGs from 50+. My in-game FG long is 47 yards. In terms of kickoffs, my average is about 60-65 yards.
I thoroughly look forward to the recruiting process and I am ready to take my abilities to the next level.
