Alex Pacocha '12 Recruiting Profile

My name is Alexander but everyone calls me Alex or A.P.  I live in a small town of only 4000 people in Chester, NH.  I have always been a hard worker and am very competitive.  My family has supported me in sports and academics.  I have two brothers and a sister.  I will graduate in 2012 from Pinkerton Academy in Derry, NH.  I currently hold a 98.83 GPA and am 15th in a class of 645 students.  I started playing football in the 6th grade where I played quarter-back, running-back and safety.  I have continued to play football since the 6th grade and have played on the varsity squad as a starter from the beginning of my junior year.  Last year in the 2010-2011 season my team won the NH Division 1 State Title and lost only one game that season.  This year in the 2011-2012 season we are undefeated so far and have held our opponents to only two scores in all three games.  I am a starting safety, am on special teams and also play some offense as a secondary running back.  I have played a sport every season of my high-school career which includes baseball, basketball and football.  I aso enjoy snowboarding, camping and music.

I would love the opportunity to play college football and am equally interested in a school that has a great business program.  I feel football has helped me to be both physically and mentally sharp and has prepared me to be a team leader.  I have been able to maintain good grades while playing sports and have also been on the marketing club, DECA, and have been able to do some community service, especially as a member of the National Honor Society.  I would be interested in attending a university or college that has a very good business program and where I will have the opportunity to benefit their football program.  I am looking for a medium to large school preferably in the New England area but am willing to consider schools elsewhere.
