Kalen Lancaster '20 Recruiting Profile

Hello my name is Kalen Jamar Lancaster. I am a 16 year old 5'10 215 lbs Running Back/ Linebacker in the graduating class of 2020. I currently attend New Bern High School where I am a 3-Year varsity football starter for a 3A/4A Class School. I am a career Honors Student with a 4.0 GPA, currently ranked 73rd out of 375 graduating students, I also was selected top 30 top football prospects in North Carolina according to Tom Lemming's Report (2018).

I am a great candidate for a College because I am a versatile Running Back/Linebacker that can play every down, as well as any other position on the field. Offensively I am a explosive downhill runner with excellent vision and balance. I excel at reading offensive lineman blocking schemes and pass blocking concepts. Defensively I excel at tracking ball carriers sideline to sideline. I have an above average understanding of recognizing pass concepts and responsibilities. I am also a consistent tackler that led my team in tackles this past season.   

Personally I am a quiet leader that leads by example and have a laid back demeanor. Most importantly I am a high character student-athlete that can be trusted on and off the field.  My career goals are undecided but I do have some interest in Athletic Training or Business, Sports and Entertainment Management/ Marketing.
