Landon Meier '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Landon Meier and I’m a 5’11” 195 lb QB/ATH in the class of 2024. I attend Shanley HS in Fargo, ND. I won the MaxPreps POY Award for ND and was the 1st Team All-State QB in 2023 and also was 1st team All-Conference. My team broke the ND single season scoring record with 568 total points and averaged 485 yards a game. I currently have a 4.01 (3.99 unweighted) GPA and scored a 30 on my ACT. I am in National Honors Society and DECA at my school.

I have been described by local college coaches as a blue collar football player. I play football, hockey, baseball, and track and I am part of a team all year round, and am always competing. 

I have always competed at a high-level: my baseball team was one game away from Williamsport when I was 12, at 13 my team won the Babe Ruth World Series. I have won 3 state championships at the AAA High School level in Hockey football and Legion baseball- all last year. This football season, I broke all these records while, first playing on a high ankle sprain and having two fractured ribs for most of the season. 2 years ago, I played on a stress fracture in my fibula until the doctor wouldn’t let me anymore. Other than that I’ve never been injured in all my years of hockey or baseball football. I can guarantee if you give me a chance to come to a prospect camp or have a visit I will show you how hard I work.
