Football has always stuck with me throughout the years dating way back to 5th grade. From the first NFL game I ever watched to just playing in the backyard with my Dad I love everything about the sport. I could never take football out of my life even if I tried. Not only is the sport lovable it self it teaches you things. Football has made me the person I am today learning about all the adversity you face daily playing the sport and the lessons your team teaches you not only on the field but in real life.
Adversity has been a significant obstacle on my journey as I played for Moorhead in Minnesota for the last 5 years. With a lot of competition in a school of 2,000+ students, I didn't get much playing time during my first couple of years in High School. But I did get other important experiences such as going to playoffs every year, and almost making state this last year (2022-23). But one day towards the end of my Junior year, I transferred out to a smaller 9-man team in New Salem, North Dakota (The Holsteins, 2022 State Champs) and will be getting my first year of Varsity playing time, going both ways on top of that. I can't wait to be on the field again!
