Zarek Welch '19 Recruiting Profile

     As a young boy I told my Dad I wanted to play college football.  I have told myself I would dedicate my life to achieve that goal.  My parents have taught me strong family morals and a love for life.  I try to ask myself some simple questions everyday.  I ask myself will my actions make me a better football player and team mate.  But more importantly I ask will my actions make me a better son, a better student, a better brother and a better young adult.  If I can answer yes to these questions I figure my football dreams will take care of themselves.  Coaches I am a very dedicated and hard worker student athlete.  I know I would be a asset to your football program.  Keep an eye on me because I'm going places. I am no stranger to hard work in the class room.  At the age of six I was diagnosed with dyslexia.  I have learned to adapt and overcome this to achieve a current 3.0 gpa.
