My name is Samuel Jenkins, and I am currently a Junior at Highland High School in Medina, Ohio. This season I played running back, slot, defensive back, long snapper, and returner at the varsity level. In the upcoming off-season I am going to train harder than ever before for next season. In addition to track practice, I will be including daily weight training and daily sessions with a speed coach and trainer to prepare for next season. I plan to attend more camps this upcoming summer, including the Rubio Long Snapping Las Vegas camp. I wish to pursue football at the collegiate level. I am just beginning to narrow my search. However, no matter where I attend, I am confident I will make a positive impact on the field. I currently play running back, safety, long snapper, and also return both kickoffs and punts. My personal motto is to never give up, and be the best I can be. I truly believe and strive to live up to this, in academics as well as sports. I feel that it is important to be a leader both on and off the field. I will continue to work hard and give my best in everything I do to be consistently successful. Currently, I plan to major in either Marketing or Biology.
