Jarrett Delbridge '13 Recruiting Profile

To Whom it May Concern, My name is Jarrett Delbridge, I play Defensive Tackle,Defensive End, Nose Guard andOffensive Guard at John Paul II Secondary School in London Ontario. I am six foot one I weigh two hundred and fifty pounds. My coach often says that I am one of the hardest working players on the team. I am a very determined indivdual who will work hard to acomplish goals for team and self. To me its not the name on the back that matters most but the name on the front of the jersey that does.This past year I was awarded defensive All Star from my school to the city All Star team. This past season I averaged 8.8 sacks per game. My heaviest bench press is currently 345 and heaviest squat at 405. 

 My  post secondary scholastic interests are Business and Kinesiology. I have always held a job while attending highschool and participating in sports. I have participated in high school footbal and club hockey. I enjoy working out  in the gym to see how far I can push myself and I dream some day of owning my gym. I enjoy being with and working with people who are driving to a common goal, yet having some fun along the way.
