I am a Kicker/Punter out of Ottawa,Ontario and striving to accomplish great things in America which has been a life long dream of mine. I’m a very coachable and determined athlete who can kick and also tackle and run very well considering I have also played defensive end and running back very successfully during my football career. Throughout my 8 years of playing competitive football, I have faced many obstacles and challenges but God and my resilience always find a way to overcome them and now i’m ready to face even bigger ones. I have also been captain of my competitive hockey team for the last two seasons. I like to consider myself a team player and a leader and I focus hard at academics and at athletics. I remain undiscovered in the US as I have not had any exposure but would love to change that. Due to Covid and other Team Ontario commitments, I was unable to attend any showcases South of the border.
In 2018 I played running back and kicker. I led the NCAFA league with most rushing touchdowns and was kicking as a second position.
In 2019 I began playing defensive end as a starter and started to punt along with my kicking and won the City championship with the Myers Riders Football Club.
In 2020 the league folded due to covid-19 but i continuously went to the field to improve my kicking, my speed and my agility. On top of that i was the captain of my competitive hockey and used this to stay in shape mentally and physically. I was then drafted to play u18 AAA hockey but then declined as i was too committed and focused on football.
In 2021 I played with the Nepean Broncos Football club and started taking kicking and punting very seriously. I began hitting 35-40 yarders and improved tremendously my kicking game. By the end of the season, I decided to give up on my other positions as to avoid potential injuries and decided I would be a kicker. We then won the city championship.
In 2022, kicking became something that I could not stop doing. I went to work everyday at the field and was constantly punting and kicking. I was named 2021-2022 all Ontario kicker/punter and was also chosen for team Ontario in the 2022 Canada Cup in Kelowna, British Columbia where i was hitting 45 and 50 yarders which grabbed attention of many Canadian university recruiters at the tournament.
I am now ready to take the next big step in my football career in the U.S and will keep working towards that goal and do whatever it takes to accomplish that. I consider myself a true student athlete and believe I can be a hard working and successful team player for a strong Division 1 football team.
