Ryan Moylan '18 Recruiting Profile

Coming from a football family, I have always been motivated to leave my mark on the game. I have been playing the sport since I was 5 years old and grow fonder of it with each passing year.  At the conclusion of each season, I look forward to the next one.  Now I find myself looking to play in college.  Given the fact that both my father and uncle played and excelled at the collegiate level, I appreciate what kind of work ethic and dedication it takes to achieve this goal.  Throughout my highschool career, I have faced significant challenges.  I used these challenges,  however,  to test and prove my resolve to excel nevertheless.  

I have been fortunate to play on the varsity team from the time I was a Sophomore.  This has enabled me to experience first hand the skill and speed required to compete at this level.  This has allowed me to learn and adapt to this higher level of football, and to work on excelling my own skill sets to be competitive at this level.  I feel I have matured as a player and have gained an understanding of teamwork and what I, as a leader, can do to be the best teammate possible.

This year I hope to lead my team, not only through my leadership qualities but also by example.  My desire is to be part of a team that attains the highest possible reward, a championship season.  I have no doubt that my drive for success will be contagious and fuel my team's determination and ambition towards this goal as well.  I am looking forward to the upcoming 2017 football season and beyond.
