Drew Hauben '22 Recruiting Profile

What 3 words best describe Drew Hauben?  Relentless, Passionate and Persistant. I am a goal-oriented person that enjoys the pursuit of accomplishment. Sports and fitness are a central motivation in my life. While growing up I played baseball, basketball and tennis at a competitive level. I was the Ace Pitcher in the rotation, the point guard for the basketball team and played singles tennis. It was clear to me by the age of 12 that I was developing a love for the sport of volleyball. This passion fueled my commitment to set very high goals and aspirations in the game. When I was 13 my dad took me to a high school volleyball game. From that point on I was hooked on the idea of being a 4-year varsity player.  I am proud to say that I earned my spot on varsity as the only freshman starter. On the court you will find I bring a positive attitude and lots of energy. In addition to volleyball I am cross training for spartan races (endurance/obstacle race). I’m interested in pursuing an education and career in the field of biology/medicine and have a 3.8 GPA.
