I think what makes me a great candidate for any team I play on is how much of a leader I am on the team. I really think I give off a great feel of leadership and another thing is my work ethic. I always want to get more work in and get better. I want my team to do well and get great work ethic as well. As well as, I always want my team to do well and win. What also makes me different from other recruits in character is how much accountability I take and handle and the amount of pressure I love to take in, and how much I want to win. I want to win in everything and I absolutely love to compete at everything. Also, I am very coachable and can be coached very well, and I can really pick things up quick as well and adjust.
