I believe that hard work, good morals/values, dedication, along with football talent and drive will be the reasons that you will want to choose me over other candidates. I was raised with morals and values being the foundation of who I am. I know that if I want something, I must work hard to achieve it. I have a love for football that I have pursued since the age of 6. The dedication from that early age was the reason that last year I was chosen over a Junior to lead the team as a Sophomore starting Vasity QB. I was and continue to be respected by the other players. My Coach knows that I will be in the wt room starting in January......at every practice of the spring football season in May.......at every optional daily summer practice from June until August....and at mandatory practices and games from August until November. I eat, sleep and breath football. I love the game. My dedication not only shows on the field or at practices but also at community events that our team is involved in. It is so nice to see customers come into my part time job and tell me that I did a good job on Friday night, as well as get excited when they find out I have another 2 years at the high school level. This is very humbling. I also believe that as much as I would love for football to be my life, I know that can not last forever. Which is why my academic career path is to strive to attend college not only to play football but to also receive a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in hope to own a practice in the future. My goal is to not only to succeed at football but to also succeed in life. I will always continue to learn because there is always room for improvement no matter how good you are. The above is one reason why I will differ from other recruits. I want to play football. I will continue to dedicate my time to all aspects of the game to continue to play football at the collegiate level. The same dedication that will motivate me to complete that task is the same motivation that will lead me to be the best I can be academically. All of this will ultimately assist me in being a better man. Athletically, I am fast and my passes are improving daily. Last year I had 800 yards in the air and I am striving for much more in the 2014 season. I will condition and practice to lead my JB Rockets towards a winning season this year. The main point I am trying to make is....I want this! I want to play football....in High School and then in College. It is my goal and that is where my sights are set and I wont settle for any thing less.
