Coleton Thomasson '27 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Coleton Thomasson. I am currently an 11th grader and a starter for the Varsity Football Team at Chester High School (Go Cyclones!). I have an uncle who played for Georgia and another who played for Clemson. I am looking to follow in their footsteps but I don’t have a specific school I would want to play at yet. I enjoy the leadership and team-building aspects of football, as well as the competitiveness of the sport itself.

I have played football since I was 5 years old. When given a task or goal to complete, I don't give up. I am very competitive and dedicated to my team. I would love to play on a college football team because it will allow me to continue playing the sport I love while pursuing my education and career goals. It has been my dream since I was a little boy to play college football and be on a college field one day. I have played defensive tackle, offensive guard, and center and am a back up for tight end. Until recently, my main position has been offensive tackle but I have been playing center for our last several games. I enjoy Offensive Line and either position. I am a versatile player.
