Christian Butcher '20 Recruiting Profile

I am a 6'3" offensive tackle/defensive nose tackle at Lexington High School in Lexington, SC, although I am open to switching to whatever position I'm needed at in college. I have a 3.65 GPA, run a 5'0 40-yd dash, and weigh 280 lbs. Playing football in college is a goal I expect to achieve. Failure is something I cannot stand. Many guys say they're driven, but fact of the matter is few are willing to do what it takes and put in the time and effort it takes to succeed. My current goals, as a high school student, are to continue to add mass and get faster. I will be working to get playing time as a freshman anywhere I go. I would like to go to a school with a great atmosphere where i can find balance between the class and the field. I am open to different types of schools, although I would prefer one with a stable staff of coaches and courses in which I can major in a degree that I am interested in such as history and science. An environment in which I could learn from others and make an impact as soon as possible would be great. I will absolutely look through all opportunities that are available to me
