Hi, my name is Andrew Montoya, and I am a senior at St. Thomas More High School (STM) in Rapid City, SD. I currently hold a cumulative 4.1 GPA with a 33 ACT score.
I have been a part of the football program at STM since 7th grade. I start both offensively and defensively for the varsity team. On offense I mostly play guard, and on defense I play both end and tackle. My sophomore year I was named honorable mention all-conference and first team all-conference my junior year. My team, the St. Thomas More Cavaliers, reached the semifinals of the South Dakota Class 11B playoffs this past year.
While I may be a bit undersized to play line in college, I am versatile and can switch positions (e.g., LB or FB). I have greatly enjoyed playing football at the varsity level, and it is my dream to play in college while getting a quality education.
