Going into high school my freshmen year was kind of scary at first but that’s when I met my new family and coaches. It was only like this until I finally got to know everyone. However, towards the end of my sophomore season is when I saw the most growth and development. I then discovered how to distribute all the weight room training on to the football field.
As we got closer to the end of my sophomore season, we entered the first round of the playoffs and it was one of the greatest feelings that I’ve ever experienced. When it became close to game time that night, I had this weird feeling in my stomach, but I wasn’t scared or nervous. I was ready! I want the same feeling in college, but I’m not just looking for any type of college. I’m looking for one that will best fit me athletically and academically. I am looking into majoring in sports medicine, that way if I’m ever injured and can’t play anymore; I’ll be able to help players like me.
