I attended Madison Academic Magnet Highschool which was an all honors high school and I graduated with a 3.34 and I made a 20 on the ACT. I ran track for Madison, but since Madison did not have a high school football team I was able to play for another school, South Side. I played all 4 years, was a 3-year starter, and 2-year defensive captain. I played mainly linebacker and fullback. I had a back injury my junior year that put me out for the whole season. I came back, my senior year and ended with 45 solo tackles, 52 assisted tackles, 5 tackles for loss, 2 sacks, 1 deflection, 4 caused fumbles, and Region 6a - 4a 1st team linebacker. At Madison, I ran the 100m dash, 4x100m dash, shot put, and discus. My senior year I did decathlon and placed top 8 in sub-state. I may not be the best athlete on the field or the most skilled, but I am one of the hardest working athletes on the field. If I'm not where I need to be, I'll work to what I need to get.
