Personal Statement

My name is Ian Miller and I love hiking, exploring, and adventuring through the outdoors, as well as watching my favorite actor/martial artist Chuck Norris. I thank God for the blessings and opportunities he has blessed me with over my life and look forward to the journey he has set for me ahead. My goal is to go to college, pursue my preferred field of study, and continue playing football.

The foundation of my high school football team has been based on two personal and team values: C.O.R.E. meaning "Character, Optimism, Resilience, Enthusiasm" and F.A.M.I.L.Y. meaning "Forget About Me, I Love You". These values, combined with hard work has led our team to its first two back-to-back state championships in school history followed by a district championship over the past three seasons, which we hope to continue building upon next season. I plan to carry this foundation and work ethic with me and build upon it at the next level, as well as throughout my life.
