My name is Kolby Wright. I am currently a senior at McEwen High School in McEwen, Tennessee.
My mom will tell you on the day I was born, I held my head high and my eyes were alert... and I have not stopped since!
I am very active in my church and my school. I am currently President of Student Council and FBLA. I enjoy Future Farmers of America. Future Farmers of America, along with football, gives me the opportunity to learn and develop leadership skills.
It has been said from the day I started talking, I would be either be a preacher, a politician or a used car salesman. What I want to be, is a college football player. I have played football since I was seven years old. It is a spirit of pride I have when I am on the field playing with my team and for my school.
I love the game of football. Whether it is playing game, studying the game or looking at game film, I want to be the best I can be. My favorite quote is by Zig Ziglar, "Don't give up just because of what someone said. Use it as motivation to push harder."
I believe in hard work and dedication for my team. For the last couple of years, I have spent my summers attending several football skill camps to learn more about the game and how to make me a better football player.
I look forward to attending college, playing college football and fulfilling my educational goals in Business /Sports Marketing.
